Invoices display transactions (charges, payments, adjustments, etc) based user-defined date ranges and class selections. Childcare courses can include estimated charges based on scheduled attendance.
Payment Summary Report
Often referred to as the 'Tax Report', this report displays all payments made for childcare classes within a calendar year, and can be printed for an individual, or in a batch process for all families participating in childcare.
Attendance Roster
Creates a Class Roster Report with the addition of Program Rates, Days, and Program Start Date for use with Childcare Classes.

Clipboard- Changing a Student's Rate
If a student's billing rate is incorrect, it can be changed (for today only) via Clipboard. Kiosk mode does not allow a rate change.
